To get the precise shipping cost to your address, please add the product(s) to your cart and proceed to the checkout screen. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically based on real-time carrier rates, influenced by package weight, package size, and the destination country and address.

Free Store Pickup

Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order from our store location for free.

Shipping Address

Our couriers do not ship to PO BOX addresses or parcel lockers. Please provide a physical residential or commercial address for all deliveries.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the assigned carrier until it arrives.

Missing Parcels

In the rare event of a missing parcel, please immediately contact the courier company using the provided tracking number. If no resolution can be found, then contact us at orders@hicaustralia.com.au, and we will assist you in lodging an investigation.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please take clear photos of both the product and the packaging and contact us immediately at orders@hicaustralia.com.au, providing your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, including replacement or refund.
