HIC Australia stands behind the quality of our premium automotive accessories. All weather shields, bonnet protectors, and roof spoilers purchased from HIC Australia are covered by our warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What's Covered
Our warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials
- Premature cracking, warping, or yellowing of acrylic
- Defective adhesive bond (when properly installed)
- Products that do not fit as described
What's Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper installation or failure to follow installation instructions
- Damage from accidents, impacts, or misuse
- Normal wear and tear from regular use
- Products modified or altered after purchase
- Damage from extreme weather events (hail, flying debris)
- Damage caused during installation by third-party workshops or DIY buyers (such as snapping the plastic while bending it or mounting it onto a dirty surface).
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact Us — Email orders@hicaustralia.com.au
- Provide — Proof of purchase, photos of the issue, and a description of the problem
- Review — Our team will assess your claim within 2–3 business days
- Resolution — If approved, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund
Limitations
- Replacements or refunds will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law guidelines
- HIC Australia is not liable for installation costs or consequential damages
- This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies to the original purchaser only
